Our refund policy:
We do store credits for sizing issues and if your item is lost in the post excluding postage costs. However, you must notify us your return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your item for this to be valid. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all original tags, we will not accept items that smell or have make up stains so please be carful when trying on.
The customer must pay for postage to return an item, we will not be responsible if it is lost as it is your responsibility to get tracking.
If item is damaged and you contact us in the 7 day period and send photo of proof, where possible we will send you a new garment free of postage charge or give you a full refund credit.
We do not refund sale items.
We can not refund international customers, we can offer you a store credit or exchange.
For ALL exchanges international and Australian postage cost must be payed again by the customer for your exchanged item to be sent.
Postage cost is a standard $10 ($10 for as many as items as you wish), unless you spend $100 or over you will get free postage Aus wide. Our postage is registered express postage as we want your item to arrive safely and timely. So you can have you banging new item/s for the weekend or that special occasion.
International postage costs vary please go to our internation shipping section and follow the steps, if you do buy something off of our website you may be emailed about an extra cost. All prices on Four-Tea Clothing are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information
